If you have a severe and persistent mental illness
What to expect from Partners In Recovery
Locating and accessing support can sometimes be challenging or confusing, but having the right links can be key in moving forward.
If you meet our eligibility criteria you will be allocated a Support Facilitator who will work alongside you to identify your recovery goals and needs.
Your Support Facilitator will then connect you with a range of services and supports from across the Eastern Sydney area.
If you are not eligible for Partners In Recovery we will connect you to more appropriate services in the community.
Consumer and Carer Involvement
Two key people on our team are a Consumer and Carer Representative. Their role is to consult on our program delivery and to give first hand insight and guidance to our Support Facilitators.
A message from our Consumer Consultant:
“From my experience and from what other consumers have told me, we want to get help in the community. PIR will help you navigate the services you need and start you on your recovery journey”.
